Is it a termite?

Most people arrive here holding a photo, a pile of pellets, or a handful of wings off a windowsill, and one question: is this the expensive problem or the annoying one?

We are building a guided identifier that answers exactly that — without making you call a salesperson first. It is not ready yet.

How it will work

  1. Describe what you found

Insects, wings, pellets, tubes or damaged wood — start from whatever you actually have in front of you.

  2. Answer a few narrowing questions

Where it was, what it looked like, and what season it is. Each answer rules groups in or out.

  3. Get a plain-English read

Which termite group it points to, how confident that is, and what to check next before calling anyone.

In the meantime

Want a human answer now — or a ping when the tool launches?

Describe what you found. We will come back to you, and you will be first in line when the identifier goes live.
